A Grandparents Nightmare
Sonja, it's fine with me if you want to put my letter
on the American Injustice Stories website.
Americans need to know what DHS agencies are doing to our
little children ... the future generations of our
country! You're ALSO welcome to forward my messages
to your state legislators and your congressional
representatives. They NEED to know what is going
on!
I find it strange that DHS agencies abuse and neglect
the REAL needs of our little children and then when the
child is grown, they expect our little children to
DEFEND DHS employees and other American citizens as they
serve their country in such foreign lands as Iraq,
Pakistan and Iran. If our children KNEW the
truth, they would not WANT to defend DHS employees
or their contractors!
When DHS decided it was best to adopt my grandchildren
to the Non-Biological family, I asked the DHS Field
Representative what I should do with their personal items
in my home. She said, "Just bring
their things to DHS and we'll dispose of them as we see
fit!" I've been to their
non-profit garage sales so I didn't take their things to
DHS so they could be sold. She even told me that I
should sign their life insurance policies over to DHS so
they could be GIVEN to the adoptive parents! I
purchased the policies so the interest from them could be
used for their education and/or career. They'll be
fully paid for in about five more years. I'm paying
more than $150 each month to keep the policies in force
so they'll be fully paid by the time they're
eighteen years old.
The home study caseworker told me in 2003, that my
grandchildren's bones were broken while they were living
in two separate foster homes. I hope they survived
the broken bones. I haven't seen my granddaughter
since October 2001. When she was brought in to
testify, in closed circuit TV, the Assistant DA told the
judge to order that I leave the courtroom. My son
was allowed to remain in the courtroom. He said
that she is just skin and bones now. She continues
to have the birth-related speech handicap. DHS says
they're doing WONDERFUL in thir placement.
One DHS caseworker told the judge that I visited my
grandson in his kinship home school placement. The
judge then turned to me and said, "You
are NEVER to know what school your grandchildren
attend! You are NEVER to send them a present!
You are NEVER to call them! You are NEVER to
contact them in any way! If I find you have
contacted your grandchildren in any way, I will hold you
in Contempt of Court!" I had
asked the kinship mother if she could get permission for
me to have lunch with my grandson. She had told
me that his teacher said his life was in danger
in that school. Needless to say, the DHS caseworker
did not approve my visit SO I didn't visit him. She
LIED! I have a letter from the school proving the
DHS caseworker LIED! A copy of the letter to
the DHS contracted homestudy caseworker who told me that
my grandchildren's bones were broken.
Sonja, as long as the Adoptions and Safe Families Act
of 1997 is in effect, children will NOT have anything
resembling what is best for them! The ASFA gives
Bonus Money and Awards to DHS agencies and
to the courts when they adopt a child. (Courts get
Bonus Money and Awards when they speed the
adoption.) DHS agencies
even pay the Adoption Lawyers when the adoption is
finalized!
There is NO way that any DHS agency will make an
attempt to help a child have what is truely BEST for
him/her as long as the ASFA is in effect. Giving
Bonus Money and Awards to DHS agencies is clearly in the
interest of what is BEST for DHS and the court
system! The ASFA actually promotes
SELLING our little children! Adoptive
homes get additional Adoption Incentives and Adoption
Assistance of from $400-1,500! Some of the
assistance money is paid to Adoptive Homes until the
child reaches the age of eighteen .... or twenty-two if
they're still in school! Americans should read the
DHS Adoption Incentives Brochures published by our tax
money and the DHS Adoptions Assistance Brochure.
Sonja, some children are being adopted to their own
biological parents so the Bonus Money and Awards will
continue flooding the DHS agency!
In a recent newspaper report, ELEVEN children were
adopted into one home! The adoptive home had
adopted the children from several counties. Of
course, the DHS agency said they would try to correct
that so that children could not be adopted from several
counties into one adoptive home. A neighbor found
those children living in wooden cages in a separate
home from their adopted parents. The children were
taken back into DHS custody and will be adopted again so
the DHS agency can get MORE Bonus Money and Awards for
adopting them another time. This time, they may
even be adopted to their biological parents! It's
the choice of DHS and the court system as to who they're
adopted to.
If the child is twelve years old or older, he/she CAN
choose to remain in foster care rather than be
adopted. However, the DHS agents have ways to make
the child WANT to be adopted. They even move the
child around from place to place, sometimes into group
homes if they don't agree to be adopted. It's ALL
about MONEY!
There's all sorts of advertisements for adoptive homes
for 'older children' in DHS custody. One TV
advertisement showed several 'older' children standing in
front of a car dealership with the sales agent BEGGING
for an adoptive home. There's posters, signs
and newspaper advertisements wanting more adoptive
homes. They'll do ANYTHING to adopt another child!
Sonja, please contact your congressional
representatives and state legislators about rescinding
the Adoptions and Safe Families Act of 1997. The
Bonus Money and Awards being given to DHS agencies for
adopting our children comes, UNLIMITED,
from our Social Security Fund (FICA Taxes).
Rescinding the ASFA will save our Social Security Fund
AND save our little children from DHS abuse and neglect!
More than $17 TRILLION DOLLARS was given to DHS
agencies in October 2005 for adopting children in
2004. The ASFA pays the DHS agency $4,000 for a
normal child and $6,000 for a disabled child. Most
of the children taken into DHS custody are diagnosed by
DHS contractors as Emotionally Disabled. They're
even placed in Emotionally Disturbed Classes and given
Mind-Altering Drugs and/or counseling to help them
recover from DHS damage! It is NO wonder to me
that our Social Security Fund is reportedly going broke!
If the child is twelve years old or older, the DHS
agency gets an additional $10,000 for each of those
children when they're adopted. DHS agencies
advertise for adoptive homes. They even have
children advertise for an adoptive home. For each
child they adopt to anyone, they get $4,000 to
$1,600. Read the ASFA.
My grandchildren were nine years old and eleven years
old when DHS adopted them to a NON-Biological
family. The family changed ALL three of their birth
names 'in the interest of what is best for the
children.' Now, they're having to go through
counseling to help them recover from the damages done to
them. Their DHS contracted counselor wrote a letter
to the judge that said, "The children
are too confused to visit their father or their
grandmother!"
President Bush extended the ASFA from 2002 through
2008 and then announced that our Social Security Fund
would be broke by 2008. President Bush also lowered
the requirements so that more states can qualify for the
Bonus Money and Awards. Now, instead of the DHS
agency being required to DOUBLE their adoptions to get
the Bonus Money and Awards, they just have to adopt ONE
more child than their 'mean average rate'
of adoptions.
