To everyone out
here who has chosen to take a tour of the case file time line, I
have chosen to share with you the false allegations
that were made about me by my ex-spouse.
I hope you can appreciate that I have had to remove
the Father's real name on the court documents or on any reports.
In places where the fathers name was used, I have removed
his real name and simply added "father" or
"the father". Alexandrea is my daughter's name.
I have also removed
any social security numbers that may have been apart of
the
court document, all street addresses and phone
numbers.
My name has not been removed from any of the
documents
This is a question that has been asked of me, and I feel it is important to share the answer with everyone.
How did this all begin?
The Father did this during our marriage, and after our divorce. We were living apart, in separate houses, while
he conspired to gain full custody by using the hot line, with false hot line calls.
The way he would do this, is first he made sure he had my daughter to himself, at his house without me being there.
The next step, is he would call the hot line with a false hot line call. Next he would go to the court house and file a child abuse restraining order within a day or two after making the false hot line call to Social Services, not allowing for there to be any time for an investigation of any kind.
Next he would add more false allegations to the petition, for the child abuse restraining order that he was seeking. On the very same day that he filed his petition, the judge would give him an instant child abuse restraining order. I was not even present, and I was not notified.
I would call the police because my child was not returned to me, because I did not know at the time what was going on. After the Judges left her with the Father for weeks and months at a time, the Judges would dismiss the child order of protection that they granted to the father, "after" the investigation was complete and there were no findings to the father's false allegations. Then the Judge would return my child back to me.
When we were divorced, the Judge granted a joint custody order to both of us.
While the father had my daughter in his legal custody, he would begin the same practice as he did before, by calling the hot line, trying to gain full custody .
Without a trial, these Judges would repeat the same thing over again, giving the father a child abuse restraining order. After the third child abuse restraining order
that was granted to the father, then the judge had my child removed from his custody and placed her in foster care, and they never gave her back to me.
Instead I was ordered
to go through forced counseling in order to fill up the time they needed to put her up for adoption. I had to go through forced phsycological evaluations even though I was not
the one alluding to all of these outlandish allegations. Then when they terminated my rights, all of the reasons they used,
were reasons that they produced, which had nothing to do at all with the false allegations that the father was making that were dismissed by the courts. The bond between a mother and child was used from the very first day,
child support to the foster parents, whether or not it was on time or not, the amount of time they had my daughter in the system, their programs, whether or not I
finished them or not, placing liens on the children's house and then stating that the mother lacked adequate housing, etc. etc, it was everything they produced.
The purpose of this time line is to show you how some of us out here are dragged through a faulty system that has no direction leaving many families at risk for destruction that will last a life time by the hands of the court officials.
What this time line shows is the judges did not bother to even study the case before making a decision and or, it was deliberate intentions for a final outcome.
As time goes on, I may be adding more court documents and reports.
