Injustice in America

A non offending parent loses 3 year old child while being able to keep
the other 7 and 15 year old children. ( Click & Please Read full Story )

This service has no watch dogs, giving them a free hand, as many American children are finding themselves removed from their homes by false hot line callers using the system as a tool for harm and harassment. The decision making technique by the Social Workers and the Family Courts, seems to allow them to deem you guilty of any false allegations a caller might make.

In My case it was my disgruntled ex-husband who made the false allegations while my Daughter was with him due to the fact we had joint custody.

After my ex-husband would make false allegations to DFS he would file a petition for ( child order of protection ).

The Family Court granted the my ex-husband a child order of protection, giving him custody without a trial. I was not even present or contacted. I found out what had happened when I contacted the Police because my ex-husband had not returned my Daughter.

The Family Court's had access to my ex-husbands criminal records and past mental history before making the decision of where to place my then 3 year old daughter.

This is a great injustice in America and to a Child.

2 weeks and 5 days later after The Family Court of St. Louis, Missouri granted the Father a child protection order.
The Circuit Court of St. Louis County, Missouri 21st Judicial Circuit dismissed the child protection order from the father, an order of the court finds pursuant to 455.010 to 455.085 RSMo that the Petitioner (Father) has not proven the allegations of abuse or stalking by a preponderance of the evidence.

As time went by, I was still forced into joint custody of my 3 year old Daughter with my ex-husband (He repeated his false allegations and filing of a petition for child order of protection.)

The Courts Granted him a child order of protection two additional times with no proof of his false allegations, with the added element of the police detective who warned them that they had evidence that the father was fabricating allegations to harass the mother.

Finally the Courts and DFS after failing my daughter, they failed her again by placing her in to foster care.

But rather than to admit their misjudgment correcting a great injustice in America they chose to claim notoriety for "protecting my child" by taking my child into the system, while ignoring the non offending parents plea to give her child back.

They use a practiced technique to set up government funded counseling for the two parents involved telling the non offending she must do this if she hope's to get her child back.

As counseling drags on for many month and the mother being forced to meet and act like she can get along with a man the abused her and her daughter the system springs the time law on her.

Time Law ( Adoption and Safe Families Act )

Petition to terminate parental rights must be filed when:

1. child in foster care for 15 of most recent 22 months

2. court determines that child is abandoned infant (defined)

3. parent has: a. committed murder of another child of the parent b. committed voluntary manslaughter of another child of the parent c. aided, abetted, attempted, conspired or solicited to commit such murder or voluntary manslaughter d. committed a felony assault resulting in serious injury to child or another child of parent

Finding no fault with the Mother they use the fact that:
( 1. child in foster care for 15 of most recent 22 months. )

This was due to the St Louis Mo. Division of Family Services dragging the Mother through forced counseling with her ex-husband and many court dates also having a ( GAL= A Child's Advocate in Court who must be paid by the parents ) keeping liens on the mothers house even after receiving payment in full.

In the end after Finding no fault with the Mother and 15 months had passed the Division of Family Services terminated the Mothers parental rights by saying Due to the time the child has been in foster care the bond between Mother and Daughter has been severed and we find no reason to return the Daughter to the biological Mother.

Sonja's Daughter was put up for a adoption and Sonja her 7 year old Son and 15 year old daughter would never be able to see their little sister again...
